Hawai‘i Green Growth (HGG) is a United Nations Local2030 hub that brings together diverse stakeholders committed to economic, social and environmental priorities. Our work seeks to connect generations of indigenous knowledge and systems-thinking with modern science, technology, and policy to support scalable solutions that can be applied globally.
HGG is a public-private partnership that brings together different organizations and individuals committed to sustainability in Hawaiʻi to address local and global issues through the Aloha+ Challenge and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). HGG and its partners convene regularly to identify shared priorities, determine indicators measuring progress toward our goals, and drive meaningful and concrete action.
