Lē'ahi Festival
The Lēʻahi Festival, named after the original Hawaiian name of Diamond Head crater, serves as a platform in Waikiki for local vendors to showcase their crafts and offerings against the backdrop of this iconic natural landmark. Lēʻahi translates literally into "Forehead of the 'ahi fish" based on the craters resemblance to the dorsal fin of the yellowfin Tuna. This event is in partnership with Mega-Load Burgers and will benefit the local non-profit, the Marshallese Education Day Committee to benefit their mission of encouraging and supporting Marshallese youth in Hawaii to pursue higher education
